Our Role in the Community Compass Technical Assistance Team:
As a valued member of the Community Compass technical assistance team, we offer the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) the opportunity to collaborate with small, women-owned, and BIPOC-owned businesses. C-FACTS takes a leadership role within the team and provides critical administrative, financial, and compliance support to ensure the success of our collective efforts.
Our Partners:
Our collaborative partners bring an impressive wealth of experience and expertise to the table. They include former HUD CPD Field Directors and Program Managers, senior-level administrators with deep knowledge of HUD programs at the state, county, city, and CDFI levels, as well as major non-profit organizations. Together, we collectively boast over 200 years of combined experience in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs. Our team encompasses a wide range of skills, including data analytics, diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice (DEIJ), strategic planning, program and financial management, training expertise, and the capabilities of a non-profit think tank. We are proficient facilitators, writers, researchers, and evaluators. With decades of HUD knowledge and a broad spectrum of skills, we are well-equipped to handle any CDBG technical assistance assignments.
