Records & Financial Operations Consultant

Dorsey Vengrouskie supports Corporate F.A.C.T.S., Inc. (C-FACTS) with records management, financial operations support, and compliance-related services. She brings more than 30 years of experience across accounting, records information management, and federal program support, helping organizations stay organized, accurate, and audit-ready.

Dorsey is known for her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex workflows across financial and administrative systems.

Dorsey’s work focuses on:

  • Supporting records management and compliance for federal programs, including inventorying hardcopy and digital collections

  • Preparing technical progress reports and maintaining detailed task tracking

  • Assisting clients with records retention, digitization, and disposition processes

  • Supporting financial and administrative operations, including bankruptcy tracking and DOJ file processing

  • Preparing reports in Excel, Word, and PDF formats and maintaining large datasets

  • Assisting with grant and sponsored project accounting, invoicing, and reconciliation

  • Supporting audit readiness and documentation across multiple systems

Prior to joining C-FACTS, Dorsey served in records and accounting roles supporting the EPA Office of Water, U.S. Health and Human Services, Population Services International, and other organizations, where she worked on federal grants, cooperative agreements, and large multi-donor portfolios. Her background includes senior accounting, sponsored projects accounting, and records information management, with experience supporting USAID, NIH, DOE, DoD, and other federal programs.

Dorsey has completed coursework in accounting and business at American University, St. Petersburg College, and Prince George’s Community College and brings extensive hands-on experience in financial operations and records management.
